Administrative, financial & logistics Management
The IStem administrative management team provides all the support functions for the CECS and UMR 861 teams: general organization of the laboratory, strategic and financial management, HR, purchasing, technical maintenance of equipment and the building, IT and logistics management.
For UMR 861, management is done in conjunction with the teams of the Inserm Regional Delegation and those of the University of Evry.

Yann Guivarch
Chief Executive Officer
Graduated in International Relations and Health Economics, Yann joined the management of I-Stem in May 2022 after 20 years of experience in the health and research sector.
Sandrine Saumier
Human Resources Manager
Trained at IGS in HR Management, Sandrine has been assisting the General Management and its Executive Committee since 2006 in the definition and deployment of the Institute’s HR policy.
Stéphanie Facchinato
Executive Assistant
Stéphanie holds a BTS in Management Assistant. She organizes, manages and coordinates all the activities aimed at assisting the General and Scientific Directions of I-Stem since 2008.
Arnaud Bassier
Technical Manager
Arnaud arrived in 2010 and is attached to the General Management. He coordinates all the activities of building maintenance, infrastructures and equipment of the laboratory.
Antoine Wiart
Network & System Administrator
As an IT engineer, Antoine will join us in 2023 to ensure the proper functioning of I-Stem’s information systems, and to develop and administer the IT infrastructure.
Sara Boussaid
Purchasing agent
An Industrial Engineering and Production Management engineer, Sara joined I-Stem in September 2023 after 3 years’ experience. She is responsible for purchasing raw materials, goods, services and products essential to the smooth running of the Institute’s activities.
Harry Polienor
Manager Inserm/UEVE UMR861
Inserm Administrative Manager, Harry joined the Istem team in September 2023.
Aubin Hansz-Mercier
Alternant Bus Development
After completing a two years degree in biology engineering, Aubin started a master degree in business engineering (ESTA). Thus, he joined I-Stem as a Business Developer Apprentice.
Stephen Roca-Labarre
Storekeeper
Stephen joined I-Stem after 15 years’ experience in stock management in the distribution sector, followed by a 2-year stint in industry as Store Manager.
He will be responsible for the smooth running of the I-Stem warehouse.
